"East Meets West" - Joint concert with Illuminare, a women's ensemble focusing on early vocal repertoire (Western European Medieval through Baroque) composed or arranged for women’s voices.

The program will feature folksongs, contemporary music inspired by folk traditions, and sacred works from Bulgaria and the Caucasus region.  Selections by Hildegard von Bingen and other early composers of Western Europe will be woven into the program, offering a uniquely contrasting listening experience.
